EMF Guided Self-Assessment

In a guided self-assessment you do an assessment of your property with your meters or with my rental meters while I guide you real-time through your smart phone via FaceTime or Zoom.

Perform Your Own EMF Assessment

If you are located outside of Southern California, this is an excellent way to get your home assessed through an electrical engineer with twenty-seven years of assessment experience who teaches aspiring professionals how to do this at the Building Biology Institute. I provide a written assessment protocol which we follow to move through the building measuring the various EMF energies:

  1. Power system magnetic fields
  2. Power system electric field seen as body voltage in bed

While you do the physical assessment, I collect the data you report on data sheets. Based on what is being found we may do more extensive investigation to uncover the cause of a problem– short of going inside electrical system components. If you do not have EMF meters, I can rent you all the needed meters and ship the kit to you.

Under my guidance you use the EMF meters to make an assessment of your home. Videos are available in Dropbox showing you how to use the meters. You can practice their use prior to our assessment appointment. The cost of the real time assessment guidance via FaceTime or Zoom is $200/hour. The total time depends on the square footage of the house and the complexity of the issues discovered, if any. Plan on 3 hours or $600 for about 2000 ft2. If you want a written report with recommendations based on your data and our joint investigation the cost is $200.

Rental Meters Pricing — $200 + shipping

Equipment value: $1,300
Deposit: $,1300 — deposit will be applied as a credit card hold, but not charged.
Deposit hold is voided when the meters are received back in good condition save normal wear and tear. Insure the kit for full value when returning.

  • Electrician Fixes Problems with My Input

    Larry, I worked at the Parfitt residence yesterday. With the information from your investigation, John's working knowledge of the house and my efforts, I was able to completely eradicate the EMF issues. I found the neutrals for the circuit went into the sprout room and the circuit for Garret's room and the whole end of the house connected in a junction box in the attic. John knew the box was up there. The circuits went from 9.1, 5.6 and 3.3 A of imbalance to 0.0!!!. I talked to Cindy today and she said it was like a new house, no more clinched jaws and tension.
