On-Site Inspection Services

Larry Gust uses an extensive three step process of Detection, Correctional Planning, and Consultation to determine what pollutants exist, the source of the pollution, and recommend means to create a more health supporting environment.

Detection

Detection begins with a client interview to search for potential correlations between health conditions and building issues. It is used to determine areas for specific focus. Inspection is done using visual observation and specific measuring devices including:

  • GigaHertz NFA1000 electric, magnetic field & RF data logger
  • GigaHertz HFE59B (27 MHz-2.5 GHz) & HFW59D RF meter
  • GigaHertz HFW59D (2.5-10 GHz) RF meter
  • Microsurge meters and oscilloscope for MEP analysis
  • Rad-Alert radiation detector
  • Tiff 8800A combustable gas detector
  • Protimeter SurveyMaster moisture meter pin & non-contact
  • Buck BioAire non-culturable mold spore trap air sampler
  • Anderson N-6 culturable mold sampler & pump
  • Laser particle counter for assessing particles in the air
  • TO-15 tank assessment for volatile gases and pesticides
  • Geo-magnetometer to assess building site Earth magnetism
  • Extech psychrometer & IR thermometer

Correctional Planning

Correctional Planning involves determining the best way to reduce or eliminate the identified pollutants and putting together a plan to do this.

Consultation

Consultation involves explaining the results of the inspection and testing, recommending an action plan to deal with the sources of pollution, and, if desired, working with your contractors or our recommended contractors to implement the plan. Findings are provided in a written report with detailed explanation of the elements evaluated, the specific findings and the action plan.

Watch highlights of Larry performing a EMF an assessment focusing on self-generated radio frequency pollution

This video shows one segment of a general EMF assessment. The video focuses only on radio frquency (RF) pollution by the typical wireless communicationg devices found in the home. The devices seen in this assessment and additional ones you might have in your home are significant contributors to degraded health as shown by over 4000 peer reviewed scientific studies of health effects.
